Questions about paying
Is any of it free?
Reading is. You can open your export, search it, filter by person and play the voice notes without paying. You only pay if you want the PDF with every voice note written out.
Why does the price depend on the chat?
Long chats and voice notes take more to process. The length of your chat and the minutes of voice notes set the price, so a short chat costs less than a long one.
Will the exact price match this estimate?
It will be close. The estimate assumes messages of a typical length, and your real price comes from your actual chat. You see it before you pay anything.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for each record, and nothing renews. If you later want a record of a newer export, that's a new order.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Stripe handles the payment, and your bank converts it if your card is in another currency.
What if something goes wrong?
Email [email protected] and we'll fix it or refund you. The refund policy says how.
