Years of messages, in a few minutes of reading

Your PDF opens with a short summary of the whole chat, with the moments and promises that mattered most. Each one points to its message, so you can read what was really said.

Here's an example, from a chat between Priya and Sam.

Summary

Priya and Sam start writing in March 2022. For two years they send about 21 messages a day, mostly first thing in the morning and in the evening, and Priya starts most of the conversations.

Sam moves to Leeds for work in June 2024, and messages drop to about 10 a day. There are more voice notes from here on, and they get longer.

In January 2025 there's a silence of 10 days, the longest in the chat. After it, Sam starts most of the conversations.

Longest gap: 10 days 12 h, from message 19,358 (Sam Okafor, 3 Jan 2025, 20:21:40) to message 19,359 (Sam Okafor, 14 Jan 2025, 09:16:34).

A new conversation starts when someone writes after at least 6 hours of quiet. Typical reply is how long a person usually takes to answer.

Voice notes you can read again

The things people say out loud are often the ones that matter. In your PDF, every voice note is written out in the place it was sent, in the language it was spoken.

Sam Okafor

Voice note, 0:24

I know I've been quiet. The new job's been a lot, and by the time I get back I've got nothing left. It's not you. I just wanted to say that out loud rather than type it.

Priya Shah

Thank you for saying it. Can we talk on Sunday?

18,613

Sam Okafor

Yes. Sunday.

For any chat that matters to you

You keep going back over it

See when the messages changed, who stopped starting and what was really said. It's all in one place you can read, and then put away.

Years of writing to each other

See how long you've been talking, the years you were closest and the gaps in between. Every voice note is there to read again.

The voice notes you don't want to lose

A parent's voice notes, or a family group over the years. Keep them written out with their dates, so they don't go with an old phone.

The hours you keep for each other

See the times you talk, who stays up and how often you really write. Your months apart, on one timeline.

It stays between you

While you read, your chat stays on your device. If you order, software makes your PDF and we delete the chat as soon as it's made. Nobody in the chat is told. See how we handle your chat.

  1. 1

    Export your chat

From your phone, with media, so the voice notes come too. It takes a minute or two. How to export a chat

  2. 2

Open it and see the numbers

Your chat opens on your own device. Read it, search it and see the charts for free.

  3. 3

Get the PDF if you want it

One payment, set by the length of your chat. You get the whole timeline, every voice note written out and a summary with the key highlights and promises.

Common questions

Will it tell me who was right?

No. It shows what was said and when, and it takes no side. It isn't therapy or advice.

Does the other person find out?

No. WhatsApp doesn't tell anyone when you export a chat, and we never contact anyone in it.

Can I see the charts before I pay?

Yes. Who writes more, who starts, the hours and days you talk and the longest silence are all free when you open your chat. You only pay if you want the PDF with every voice note written out.

Does it have to be a romantic relationship?

No. It works for any chat that matters to you: a friend, a parent, a sibling or a family group.

Who can read my chat?

While you read, nobody. It stays on your device. If you order, software writes out the voice notes and makes your PDF, and we delete the chat as soon as it's made.

How does it decide what the key moments are?

AI reads the whole chat and picks out decisions, promises and turning points. It can miss things or get them wrong, so each highlight shows its message number and you can read it for yourself.

Our chat goes back years. Will it work?

Yes. WhatsApp limits how much one export can hold, and your PDF shows the period it really covers. The price goes up with the length, and you see it before you pay.
